| SERVICES * We clean your house really well * You pay us DETAILS SCHMEETAILS OVERHAUL CLEANING (this is comparable to a "good spring clean") During this phase we clean practically everything (see specifics below), which takes one to two visits to do, depending upon size of house and how serious of a job you require. An average three bedroom home with two baths takes approximately four to five hours with one cleaner, or about half that with a team of two, and runs between $150-250 bucks. If the job requires two visits, we will run a maintenance clean in the other areas left for the second visit. SPECIFICS OF THE OVERHAUL: 1. Dust, clean or polish all surfaces, including mirrors, knick knacks, picture frames, books, shelves, tables, dressers, ceiling fans, light fixtures, etc. 2. Wet wash doors and trim. 3. Bathrooms and kitchens get a hands-and-knees cleaning, including baseboards and table legs/chairs. 4. Vacuum all carpeting, shake out area rugs, clean hardwood and any other floor surface. MAINTENANCE CLEANING (choose from weekly, bi-weekly or monthly) During this phase we maintain that spring clean that we worked so hard to achieve. This takes much less time, and, again, the cost depends upon the size of your home, but averages between $85-$150 for a three bedroom home. Yes, that's a big range, but so are the many houses out there! Whew. Also, some people want us to do dishes, put away kids' toys, etc., which obviously requires more time than those who don't. MOVE IN/MOVE OUT SERVICE This usually means an empty pad, but if you're willing to pay for the extra time, we're willing to do it. Average three bedroom home, empty, runs about $100. We make it shine!
